Calm the body of anxiety, fears, overwhelm, and overthinking by self-stimulating two acupressure points I share in 2 video tutorials. These are points I stimulate using Medical Qigong practices with my clients but can also easily be self-stimulated through acupressure.
This first point is an especially helpful point if experiencing a lot of stress and looping thoughts before bed and unable to fall asleep.
Like the acupressure point I shared in the last video, this one also calms anxiety and clears the mind but is also commonly used for PTSD, trauma, and calming the physical manifestations of trauma. This is an overall supportive heart health point that helps us communicate from our hearts.
For the background on how the heart organ is connected to all of our health and the heart meridian is connected to our mental health specifically, make sure to check out this video.
